Minutes of the Grange Meeting

September 18, 2016

Regalia presented.

Dates of Interest are as follows:

October 1- Road Cleanup 10am to noon (Linda can’t be there but is willing to get the stuff (9sets)

October 8- Pre meeting, dinner at 6pm at Teresa’s house.

October 16th Grange Meeting 6pm hourly rates and daily rates for use of Grange Hall,—to take effect in January;  Read more of this post

Harvest Festival October 22, 2016 3-8PM

It’s that time of year again!

·      Annual Chili, Cornbread, and Dessert contest. There will be prizes with all attendees voting (and Eating) their favorite food. Polish up those recipes and come and share them with your neighbors.

·     Pumpkin Carving, possibly with chainsaws 🙂

·      Raffle of a quilt named “Raindrops and Rainbows” created by former valley resident, Lorna Monson. Tickets will be on sale!

·      Live Music from “Loose Change” and other community musicians.

·      The Reindeer will visit us from Timber View Ranch in Marcola.

·      Bhangra Dancers from Eugene will perform.

·      Croquet around the grange building will be set up. Weather Permitting, Great Family Fun!
